I will be the first to admit that keeping your new years resolution(s) is not an easy task. The only one I can recall being able to keep was when I restricted myself from any/all fast food for an entire year -- and that was a HUGE accomplishment considering I was in college!
My resolution this year was not to make any resolutions. I try to live by the concept that if I set realistic expectations for myself, I have less of a chance of letting myself or others down. Doesn't mean I don't have lofty goals, but they are realistic for what I know I can actually achieve.
Anyhow, I was reading an article online earlier that showed many of us (65%) will have thrown in the towel on our resolutions by the 7th. That was shocking to me! Hopefully we don't all end up in this statistical category.
That being said, for shits and giggles, I thought I'd share with you the top ten most commonly broken resolutions first published by Time Magazine in 2012.
